Features
The site orientation is sloping gently to the South, providing for solar access and a beautiful view which our Commons House overlooks.
The houses are clustered on the Northern third of the site, opening up two thirds of the site for shared use. The Southeast section of the site is home to a stand of densely populated hardwoods. The Southwest section is the site of a large community garden and the middle is an open meadow which used to be farmland.
The road coming into the Commons goes around the neighborhood in a semi-circle. Parking areas are provided. To the east of the road is a serenely babbling creek.
